Exhibition

Fully fitted 3m x 3m (10’ x 10’) exhibition stand: €2,800

To include:

  • 3m x 3m (10’ x 10’) hard wall booth
  • Fascia board with company name
  • 1 x light
  • 1 x power socket (220V) and power supply
  • 1 x table measuring 1.2m x 0.8m (4’ x 2’8”)
  • 2 x chairs
  • Booth cleaning throughout the duration of the conference

  • Single-sided A4 mono advert in the delegate manual
  • Web-listing - Exhibitors will be listed in advance of the conference at www.pangborn2009.com with a short company profile, web-link and contact details (max 50 words)
  • Daytime catering and access to the Welcome Reception for 3 stand personnel
  • Copy of the conference delegate manual for all stand personnel
  • Conference attendance at the academic rate of €540 (including VAT @ 20%), a saving of €120 (limited to 3 delegates, thereafter at full rate)
  • A delegate list including the delegate name and company will be emailed to exhibitors and sponsors 2 weeks before the conference

PLATINUM – Exclusive sponsorship packages

All platinum sponsors are entitled to:

  • A reduced rate for an exhibition booth (saving of €700)
  • 3 delegates at academic rate of €540 (including VAT @ 20%), total saving of €360

Delegate Bag ………. €8,400
The official Pangborn conference bag is presented to every delegate and powerfully associates the sponsor’s name to the Pangborn conference. Each bag has been designed to hold the delegate’s personal items, abstract book and stationery.

One of the busiest areas at any conference, with the opportunity to place promotional item at each booth, sponsorship of the internet café will give your company continual exposure.

Lanyard for Delegate Badge ………. €3,500
The lanyard is won by delegates and conference administration to clip on their badges when the conference is in session and at the welcome reception. Dependant on the choice of colour-way, your logo or company name will by highly visible.

General Information Notice Board ………. €3,500
The information board is located in a highly prominent area of the conference  reception area, and delegates visit it regularly  to catch up with colleagues, find out about new jobs and sign up for events.

Page Markers ………. €3,150
A wallet of coloured sticky page markers. A must for all delegates for highlighting the sessions they want to attend and posters that want to visit. Such a useful item that is used in the workplace after the conference.

Organisers’ & Ushers’ Shirts ………. €2,800
Worn by the conference administration personnel and their team of volunteer student helpers. Your company logo is constantly visible and afterwards you can take the shirts home for re-use at other opportunities (sorting your own laundry of course)
